TPU 95A

Material position

TPU 95A is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer direction; 95A denotes a Shore A hardness grade that balances supportive feel with flexibility. It suits printed parts that need to bend, recover, conform or cushion. Cable guides, loops, protective corners, buffer pads and flexible lattices express TPU 95A through flexible geometry and continuous load paths.

Spool and flexible parts: guide clips, loops and protectors establish continuous contour relationships.

Selection notes

Choose TPU 95A by asking how the flexible part must bend, compress, recover and conform. Wall thickness, openings, lattice density and load direction change both feel and support; filament path, print speed and extrusion control also affect stability in small guides and thin flexible structures.

Material

TPU is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer that combines thermoplastic processing with rubber-like elastic character. The TPU 95A hardness grade gives more support than softer elastomers while still adapting to contact faces and continuous paths through bending, compression and recovery.

Forms

Cable guides, loops, protective corners, buffer pads and flexible lattices correspond to guidance, retention, cushioning and conforming needs. Their wall thickness, openings and lattice density tune local deformation, allowing TPU 95A's supportive feel and flexibility to serve different contact and protection structures.
Context — Concept visual

Context

Cables and exposed edges around equipment need guidance, retention or cushioning without a rigid part damaging the contact surface. TPU 95A's flexible and recovering character makes it a useful direction for cable guides, corner protection and conforming buffers that remain in contact.
