PETG
Material position
PETG is a glycol-modified PET polyester direction that balances toughness, moisture resistance and a stable printed appearance. It is commonly selected for functional printed parts that are handled, assembled or used with everyday tools. Modular containers, compact brackets, cable clips and tool caddies show PETG's balance between structural clarity, toughness and surface integrity.Choose a colourBlack
Selection notes
Select PETG by considering whether the object needs rigidity, toughness and durability under everyday contact. Cells, snap details, joints and support arms amplify differences in layer adhesion, wall thickness and dimensional control; contact with liquid, cleaners or heat should be included in the material choice.

Material
PETG is a PET-based copolyester modified with glycol. Compared with unmodified PET, glycol modification helps reduce crystallisation tendency, allowing FFF parts to express toughness and a clear or translucent appearance more readily; formulations place different emphasis on stiffness, heat resistance and chemical resistance.

Context
In a workbench organisation context, containers and brackets face frequent handling, tool contact and repeated assembly while their zones, openings and joining points must remain clear. PETG's toughness and surface integrity make it a considered material direction for storage, support and tool-organisation parts.Technical downloads
